A Paradigm Shift When Dealing with Strong Emotions or Fears

When you feel a strong emotion or fear come up – know that this is not a sign you are stuck in it. It is coming up because it's on its way out.
You have shifted your being and consciousness immensely. Now, when you are immersed in a strong emotion, fear, or belief — you may feel it come up viscerally, but this is not a repetition of your past; it is already being purged and on the way out.
It is an old program that is on the way out; it is crumbling in every moment. But while it’s collapsing, you will feel and see it viscerally. And it will feel like you are going backward, back into more fear, lack, and separation — but this is not the case. As you feel and see it through your conscious awareness, this energy is cleared from your system.
It may feel so real. These fears you've carried your entire life, the beliefs about how you need to figure it out and control life, the worries about your future. This will feel so real, because it is all you have known.
It is safe, it is time, to see that as real as they may seem, they are an old program, an echo of the past. They are an old program, embedded deep in your consciousness and in the consciousness of humanity. They are not the truth of where you're heading, and what you can experience from here.
All you need to do is recognize whenever a fear pops up, whenever you contract into lack, whenever you feel worried… recognize this is an old program that is coming up to be cleared. This is an old response to life. It doesn’t have to grip you anymore.
Sit with the emotions that are coming up for you, and witness yourself with compassion. Turn your awareness inward into the space in your body where you feel this energy. And shine the light there. Breathe, and bring love to your being. Every time you sit with it, you clear another layer. You unravel the programming. And this is happening naturally, as part of your daily life.
You are not stuck. You are free to create your life from a new frequency of trust, joy, and love.
