A guided ceremony for opening the heart, giving and receiving unconditional love, and living in deep trust. Letting go of the blocks that hold us back from our own love and heart's fullest expression.

Format: 1.5 hour video
Guided ceremony/meditation (45 minutes)
Sharing and open Q&A at the end (45 minutes)

You’ll want to find a quiet space with no distractions for ~1.5 hours and a full mug to sip for the ceremony (cacao, tea, or water).
