How to Collapse Old Realities (+ Last Ceremony of the Year)

Here's today's post and an announcement that in one week, we'll have the last ceremony of the year (scroll down for details).

I'm following the nudges of my soul to take a leap of faith, get out of the usual routine/structures, and create spaciousness to receive what is next. This is not the end of spaces like this for potent energetic journeys and activations. On this journey, we go through many deaths and rebirths — and sometimes, this means even letting go of the things that have been working well for you. These ceremonies are so precious to my heart, but over time they have become my comfort zone and safety net — and I’m so excited to see what wants to come through when I leap into the unknown.

You collapse old realities by saying "no more" to what no longer serves you - letting go of the beliefs, ways of being, and situations that are weighing you down.

Humans struggle with making changes and saying no more. But when you say no more, you collapse a reality, a timeline, that is no longer serving you. It may have served you well up until now, but you're ready to let go of it. And this allows you to collapse the old realities, opening up to a flood of brand new realities.

If you waver and say you want one thing, while your actions display the opposite, your reality will also be wishy-washy. You will continue to feel stuck in the things you want to be free of because you keep choosing them through your actions.

When your thoughts and actions align with the truth of your soul — that's when the new realities can more powerfully be magnetized to you. This is because you let go of the density, which raises your frequency so you can access higher dimensions of existence.

When you step into your power, you will feel called to say no more to what does not serve you.

Ask yourself:

— Where do I still play small?
— What people, situations, habits, or patterns are draining me?
— In what ways do I still dim my light?
— Where am I still choosing what’s safe, instead of listening to my heart?
— What disempowering ways and experiences am I still putting up with?
— Where am I still feeding the human ego battles, narratives of lack, blame, shame, and victimhood in my life?

And then, ask yourself: “What do I need to do to honor the truth of my soul? What changes do I need to make?”

Most of these changes will be in you. It will be an energetic boundary within you of what you decide you will no longer put up with in yourself. Decide what you will no longer accept in your life. For example, blame, shame, letting people take advantage of you, not speaking up, self-judgment, victimhood, letting your fears hold you back, and more.

It’s up to you to decide what energies you will no longer play in anymore. This ripples out into the changes you will feel called to make in your life… Whether it’s lovingly letting go of people who no longer align with you, speaking up about a need, or distancing yourself from certain situations.

In some situations, you might need to speak up directly, with love — or say it energetically by simply deciding you’re not going to feed that energy anymore. For example, when a friend tries to gossip with you, don’t feed it. The conversation either won’t go anywhere or will uplevel to a more empowering one. The old reality collapses, simply by you standing in the full light of who you are and holding yourself and others to a higher frequency.
