No Stone Left Unturned - An intense time of purging
We are going through a time of intense purging, where everything you thought you already healed and everything you haven’t fully looked at until now is coming up to be seen and felt.
You may feel emotions of sadness, frustration, or anger triggered by things that come up in your life. And it can feel like you’re accessing deeper layers of emotions you haven’t let yourself fully feel in a while (especially the emotions you struggle to let yourself feel and express).
This is not because you’re going backward or becoming more emotional in a ‘bad’ way — this is because you’re finally allowing yourself to feel what you didn’t let yourself feel before… with more awareness, presence, and compassion for yourself.
From one perspective, your healing journey is done. You have already set it in motion — all the density in your being is already on its way out. From another perspective, you are now experiencing the clearing of the deepest layers, the most stubborn wounds, the final cobwebs. And it is truly like no stone can be left unturned.
ALONG WITH THIS PROCESS, YOU ARE NOW ABLE TO SEE YOURSELF MORE CLEARLY THAN EVER BEFORE… INCLUDING TRUTHS THAT MAY BE UNCOMFORTABLE TO SEE.
You may be triggered by someone, experiencing a rise of anger and frustration, wanting to blame and project back… Only to realize, this person is a mirror, showing you something you need to see in yourself. Maybe it’s just that you need to let go of judging yourself, and judging others. Or maybe you realize that some of the qualities of this person are also in you, and you have behaved this way in the past to others — maybe in this lifetime, or many others.
When you see yourself with clarity — both your shadow, and your light — you are able to see others with more clarity. You are able to zoom out and see the higher perspective, the balance of it all. And this creates more empathy and compassion in you — for yourself, and others.
If you are unwilling to look and feel into the depths of yourself, your fears, suppressed emotions, and unhealed wounds will keep knocking at your door. You will keep getting triggered, until your universe has your attention.
You may think it’s more painful at first to let yourself look and feel it all. But it is actually much more painful to live a life, unconscious, acting from your suppressed traumas, always seeing the world through the lens of your wounded inner child.
Be brave, and ask your universe: “What do I need to see?” “What do I need to feel?”
