You are already all there is.
You are already embodying it — as your soul.
You are one, you are infinite, you are light. You are Source experiencing yourself now in this lifetime, along with infinite other aspects of you, infinite realities.
You are already all that you are. You are already embodied.
But what you mean when you ask this question is: How do you embody this knowing, this frequency of who you are, your true essence — in this lifetime? How do you bring it into this physical embodiment?
And simultaneously, how do you anchor this physical embodiment into the higher dimensions… to become all that you are, all that you exist as.
This is a deep soul integration — unifying all aspects of your soul as one. Unifying the shadow and light as one… ultimately, experiencing yourself as the oneness that you are while walking in this physical form.
Why is it so hard to embody your true essence in day-to-day life?
You are moving from all that you have known, all that you believed to be true, to the complete unknown (from your human perspective). Everything you thought yourself to be, everything you identified with, is crumbling.
You are not just a human. And this foundation is completely crumbling.
Let go. Let go.
It is so challenging for the human to try to embody something you don't fully know, something you haven’t glimpsed in this lifetime in its totality. You haven't even tasted the full unconditional love, the true essence of who you are. You've only had glimpses of it. You haven't seen any examples of this in your human life, in your memory.
You're nudging yourself into the unknown, with only the whispers of your heart to trust… taking leap after leap off the cliff, without knowing what will catch you. And all of it feels counterintuitive, opposite to what the world says you should be and do.
And yet, you continue to step forward – and that is pure courage.
Embodying all that you are when you have spent lifetimes playing in all that you are not is monumental.
It is a complete rewriting of yourself, of life, the universe, of creation. A total unraveling.
I truly feel we are on the precipice of breaking through the final subtle layers of separation and density – and we are getting glimpses of what it means to embody the light of our soul, the oneness that we are.
